Dr. Rupali Singh is an accomplished academic leader and human resource strategist with over 17 years of multifaceted experience across academia, corporate administration, research mentoring, and institutional development. Currently serving as the Director of the Learning Resource Centre and Professor at Atmiya University, Rajkot, she is driving digital innovation in higher education, particularly in online learning, academic resource development, and strategic institutional collaborations. Holding a Doctor of Letters (D.Litt) from The Thames International University, France, and a Ph.D. in Management from the esteemed Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, Dr. Singh also brings to the table executive credentials from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and an HRD certification from CLHRD Mangalore. Her strong academic foundation is evident by her post-graduation from UPTU (Lucknow) and graduation from Dr.BRAU (Agra) where she stood on the roll of honours as the college topper. Her career path includes leading roles such as General Manager – HR & Admin at Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd. (Rajkot), academic profile at GLS University (Ahmedabad) and SGI, Agra-Mathura. Her contribution extends beyond teaching into areas such as HR policy design, employee engagement, performance management, training, and statutory compliance, reflecting her deep integration with real-world organizational functions. Dr. Singh is a Certified Independent Director, registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and trained by the Director’s Institute (World Council of Directors). She is a Ph.D. supervisor and research mentor, having guided award-winning doctoral theses, and has actively contributed to curriculum design, faculty development, and industry-academia initiatives. Her professional achievements include serving as the Founder Member Secretary of India’s first IAOIP Chapter at GLS University, coordination of the National HRD Network (Agra Chapter), and spearheading projects in entrepreneurship and employability at the institutional level. She has been an active member of multiple academic and administrative committees, playing pivotal roles in faculty training, student welfare, and quality assurance. Dr. Singh’s awards and recognitions reflect both her academic excellence and professional impact. She is a recipient of the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Award for Transformational Leadership by Government of India, Bhartiya Naari Ratna Award for Best HR Professional, her contribution to HR was celebrated with the Humanitarian Excellence Award – Changemaker of the Year, The Times Award for Outstanding Performance in HR, and Leadership Excellence Award. Her educational influence has been acknowledged with titles such as Shrestha Shikshak Puraskar, Best Educator in Corporate HR, and the Founder’s Award for outstanding contribution to institutional growth.
