About Dr. Rupali

Dr. Rupali Singh is a seasoned academic leader and human resource expert with over 17 years of experience across education, research, corporate strategy, and social impact. Currently Director of the Learning Resource Centre and Professor at Atmiya University, she pioneers digital innovation and institutional development.
Her distinguished qualifications include a D.Litt from The Thames International University (France), Ph.D. from MNNIT Allahabad, executive certification from IIM Bangalore, and HRD specialization from CLHRD Mangalore.
She has served as General Manager – HR & Admin at Balaji Multiflex and held academic positions at GLS University and SGI Agra-Mathura. As a Certified Independent Director under India’s Ministry of Corporate Affairs, she bridges academia and industry through leadership, mentorship, and transformative HR practices
